We have confirmed that during the "2nd Anniversary, free Character Gacha" campaign held from Nov 6 to Nov 17, 2025, a bug allowed unlimited use of the gacha in certain regions.

Upon investigating usage records for the affected gacha during this period, we found that some customers in the affected regions used the gacha more times than intended.

Among these, a number of customers were found to have used it to an extent that affects game balance, and in accordance with Article 4 and Article 14 of our Terms of Service, we have taken the following account suspension measures.
