If you experience a similar issue, please wait a while or try again in a good connection environment.
If you are still unable to draw gacha after trying the above, please contact us from within the game.

1. Select the "Triple Bar Button" at the top right of the title screen > "Contact Us".
2. After logging in to the game, please select the "Triple Bar Button" at the top left of the screen and select "Contact Us" at the bottom right of the main menu to contact us.
